Haha...I enjoyed the rest of your views on your moving experience, but I just had to comment on this one.

Unless there is a traffic jam, I don't see people driving 40 in a 55 (which would be inside the Briley/440 loop) Most of the time, it seems people drive 60-70 through those sections, but a few folks who are driving 45-50 can really slow down traffic.

Speaking only of the interstates, my biggest frustration with local drivers is slowing down in anticipation of an exit....i.e. slowing down to 50-60 mph (in a 70) more than a mile from the exit. If traffic is heavy, they're going to slow for you to pass them.

Most of the time I drive 5-10 over on the interstates...usually stick to the speed limit or just above on the secondary roads.
