those freaky storms in central nebraska are headed in our direction!! They are nasty little mothers!!

Although I haven't experienced them, I see them on radar and they are as thick has a county and a half of nearly all red!!

While I hope there is no destruction of life taken, I have to say I love watching the weather. I'll be keeping an eye on the sky tonight as it heads towards me.

Here is a great link if you are in the metro area and want to monitor the weather radio and storm chasers... Omaha Scanner - Upstream TV Listen Live.

Normally it is tuned to the Sarpy County emergency channels (police/fire/etc), but the guy that does this apparently switches it to emergency weather when bad storms are anticipated.

We're in the worse risk zone, severe, Kearney was in moderate Still havent hear if its done yet hold on the news is on................................................ ................................ great high risk, is that worse? The Tornado was in the actual city, and its still active, the storm is going to move along I-80, not good, I hope we dont get anything higher the the new EF3. They have an article in the paper.
