Twin Ponds East is a great neighborhood. I lived there from 1988-2009. My family was the original owner of the corner house on Stayman Lane. The houses are big. There is some deferred maintenance and the houses are getting older (24 years or so), so expect some major system replacements if they haven't been done yet. The schools were great when I graduated (2001). The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very much a bedroom community. My biggest complaint would the location. For commuting to anywhere but Glassboro, it can be a pain. Getting to and from 42 can take 15-20 minutes. The traffic on the Black Horse Pike has become horrendous (you used to be able to drive on it). You are close to the Walmart and shopping on 689 now that they built the bypass. Otherwise, you aren't near much too much else. The fields across the way on 689 remind me of what the town used to look like when we first moved there - all open space and peach orchards.
