I wonder if EVERY apartment has just a $500 security deposit? I know for market rate tenants there is currently a promotion of a $500 deposit -but does that extend to 80/20 tenants?

Same here, 2-bedroom @ $1,049, I just wasn't sure if Punchykuba had a discounted deposit or if it was just a coincidence that her rent was also $500.

My log numer is in the late 300"s I was sent a denial letter that was denying me based on not listing my income. During the time of filling out the application Housing Connect was new and I wasn't sure how to fill out the salary portion of the form. but i was told that if you dont list salary they will send you a denial letter based on not listing your salary and you have a week to appeal my sending your W-2. (im so excited) I also meet with a realtor that was renting some of the apartments that were priced regular just to see how the apartments looked and I must say amazing. The only downfall is i don't care for the layout of some of the one bedrooms who have an en suite. I like to entertain and I don't think I would like my guess walking to my bedroom to go to the bathroom so we will see I hope it was an extra door I missed.

Hi tmbleek, welcome. That was a good idea to see the apartments through the regular realtor.

Have you appealed yet?

hello

I appealed I have a low log # but from what it seems they are contacting individual with high log numbers. I got a denial letter a few weeks ago and appealed by sending my financial documents as requested. The only downfall is Im now in a relationship and my girlfriend is a month pregnant so in my appeal I stated that my living arrangements have changed and Im financially taking care of a young adult so now I need a two bedroom instead of one. At the time of me initially filling out the application my Salary has changed tremendously putting me in the braket of a two household size salary requirement zone
