Well they told me the units they have available are for those that make more than 84,000 a year, 2 bedrooms. If you are in that range you still have a chance unfourtunately I make 30,000 and the 2 bedrooms for that category are gone I have municipal preference but it didnt count

Thanks for the reply @mariendhr. Sorry you didn't get the apartment. How long ago did you talk to them? Did they say how many were left?
mariendhr's my log number is very low, but I am only general preference. I still have hope, because the receptionist told be that they weren't doing interviews anymore, and the units were all filled. then a few weeks later I was notified to come in for an interview. so I am still going to think positive and so should you.
wow thats awesome to hear sweet dreams89, I'm actually on the 7 thousands not sure if is low or not but since they told me every thing was taken and I was on back up I just gave up hope but God can make the impossible possible so who knows. I was interviewed in Jan 30th, would this be your second or first interview?
aass2232 I spoke witht them yesterday(4/8/15), and no they didnt tell me how many they had left.
I think most of them are middle income 2 bedrooms...it's a bit of a tougher sell at the price point given the size of the places...
Question, are the subsidized units at all like the ones they have on the website for market rate apartments? Or do they have completely different configurations/sizes?

There are several floorplans for the market rate apartments, some of them much larger than what we were offered. I am pretty sure the larger ones are not in the same pool as the affordable rate ones.
