I have asked the construction men last week when will they finish this project, and they have told me they will finish within 1 or 1.5 months. So I'm assuming mid or late June.
The application approval shouldn't take longer than 4 weeks, if anything call for your status and they will tell you.
hi, i just received a letter yesterday saying i was denied because there are no remaining units available within the project to accommodate my family size. im really upset because i had my interview on feb 9th and had to wait this long to find that out. i want to call the office, anyone has the number?

Hey! I believe they go according to the log number, not when you went to the interview. The lower the log number, the better chance of getting an apartment. The number that you call should be the one the came with your interview letter appointment.

Since you have been approved, what was the process after you provided the documents?
I was approved but I still have yet to sign a lease. I was told the beginning of July is when the lease will be signed. They don't send letters to those who are approved by the city, basically the one who is interested needs to call them to stay updated.
