Has anyone received a call or email from Langsam regarding coming in to sign the lease yet? It's great that the building has passed the inspection to get the TCO but we're still not out of the woods yet. There's still the issue with re-qualifying (>120 days) for some of us and whether we're going to have to go thru this ordeal or not. If anyone gets contacted please let us know on this forum what they said.

I have not heard anything - but I know that I am very likely going to have to submit updated paperwork.

I called Langsam and they said the owner hasn't called to let them know about the TCO or a move in date.

The owners are probably waiting until they get the official TCO document in hand before anyone is notified.
