has anyone experienced someone else trying to get into their apt? heard my neighbor say someone was trying to get into their apt but the person had the wrong door when he answered the door. This is now the second person that's had this issue.

Are they trying to access with a key? Has the super been notified?

Yes using a key, that did not work, who knows but none the less how do you end up at the wrong door? super has been notified.

Anyone else received a letter that the building did not pay some kind of deposit to con-ed and they are gonna shut down common areas if not paid before Nov something?
