Welcome,
After intake processes your paperwork it is passed on the compliance. Once it is approved by compliance you are given your unit # and are asked to again come to the office to sign the authorization for HPD approval. Once you are approved by HPD you wait for a viewing and lease signing. As of now there is no word of when the viewing for those who have been approved by HPD will be, so we are waiting. But after HPD approval it's up to you if you want the lease or not. The paperwork you signed was not for HPD approval, that comes after compliance approval. Good Luck

Thanks. We are fine on debt income ratio as well as credit score. So I guess we are waiting for whatever happens post credit check: Compliance? and if that goes well, waiting for #assignment and to sign for HPD?

Definitely seem to get MORE anxious and hopeful the closer we get

Has anyone had their credit pulled again after interviewing in Feb/Mar/April?

Has anyone here actually had to submit bank statements?

West End Avenue between 59th and 60th. But the entrance ("poor door") is on the other side of the building, on the newly constructed street Freedom Place South.

Why does it keep coming up on the map as 70th street?

The actual address is 10 Freedom Place South, not 10 Freedom Place.

Freedom Place (not South) is apparently a small street around 70th Street.

That doesn't even come up on a map. It's all very confusing.
