Also, if your interview was in May, have you been contacted to update your paperwork? It seems as though it may be more than 120 days or close to it. I was interviewed in March and was told that I qualified but in September I had to re-submit updated paperwork? I didn't get final approval until October after my file went to HPD. I am confused.
Yes what happened at 250 Ashland seems to be very similar to what has been going on with the 10 FPS process.
No surprise that they're both handled by Breaking Ground, which clearly has too many properties to handle. It's reached its level of incompetence, to paraphrase the famous Peter Principle.
I have no idea what is going on but I have submitted all my doc in August. And I was told early October that I am waiting on inspections, then I will be called to view and sign.

Yeah I guess that's the hold up... the building has to be inspected before it can have accupancy. All I know is I been in this wait for 6months now and it's is deff a drag,
I love the building, location so I hope it's worth the wait.
