Some of you guys are way ahead of me. I was approved but have yet to see an apartment. I don't understand why they reiterate to you that nothing is guaranteed unless you sign a lease. Can they disqualify you last minute?
Yes. For example, if you get a raise, and you have not yet signed a lease, and the raise puts you over the limit, you will be disqualified.
You will learn that this is a slow process. Remember some have been traveling this journey for more than 10 months It teaches you patience. We have no control of the process. Stay positive
