I had my interview a couple of weeks ago and my credit was checked last week. I'm in the higher tier for a 1-bedroom and I believe only ten 1 bedrooms available for that range. Well, I guess I wait now. I wish everyone the best!!!

What's your log #? Any preferences? Did they tell you anything about the lottery being put on hold..?

My log # is 6,xxx and I have CB preference. They told me nothing with regards to lottery being on hold. However, I went in during late-March and maybe this is new information they told you.

What does it mean when your project status changes from "tenant selection in progress" to "lease-up completed" ?

I believe it means they've filled up all the apartments. If you're waiting for a call back from a development that just changed their status, you might want to give up on it.

I think people might be contacted for joining the wait list at this point.

I don't know what lottery she is talking about, but it's definitely not Freedom Place. They only just started calling people in February-March and the building isn't even finished yet.

I think it was a general question, hehe.
So to that poster, follow the chart below so we stay on track of 10 Freedom Place.

For anyone interested, I found the Affordable Housing Plan for this building. It starts at page 723 here: https://therealdeal.com/wp-content/u...ened_Part9.pdf

And continues at the top here: https://therealdeal.com/wp-content/u...ned_Part10.pdf

Still no C of O for the building.
