It's definitely two agencies that have to verify because I was told this by my leasing coordinator and so was my friend and ELLA HDC and HPD are all working on this building.
Ur definetly waiting on hdc and ella hpd have nothing to do with this building they just all use the same website, i called hpd and they told me to call hdc; thats they have nothing to do with the property i had to call to see whats going on with my application bcuz they kept telling me two different stories which they clarified and were very nice they just more private then hpd and harder to get in contact with.
Yes because they were giving me the run around, and i didnt want my application to be in the loop and on top of that the person that was handling my case in c & c no longer work there and they didnt notify me. Its a lil tuff for them to answer but u can keep trying (212) 227-5500
I sent my lease coordinator a message yesterday regarding any updates. I just get a little worried when I see others getting approved. I'll give it til Friday before I do call.
Same here afoster5789! I wanna call me McLean cause I haven't heard anything about my credit check one two I notice the letter I intial received for the appt said 33 eagle st and it says no preference but she kept writing my log # with me next to it I was assuming it was municipal employee

Same thing happened to me. I was like there has to be a mistake. But they told me that's just the initial intake letter. Because my log number has CB next to it.

I'm dealing with Ms Mclean also. She takes about a day or 2 to respond so I'm waiting til Friday to start calling. I seen the 33 eagle street too and I was so confused because I also did an interview for 33 eagle street. But my log number was 21,000 with cb preference
