Guys ive been waitlisted:i called today to see the status just becuz i havent gotten any feedback she said exactly this; im on a waitlist its not an official waitlist is just they dont have an certificate of occupancy and they are still conducting interviews so anything can change but as for the apt they are people infront of me with the same preference im 213x so im hoping i get called after the building is inspected what do u guys think
I think it's because since you're mobility impaired there's only five apartments that are being given to mobility impaired. That's probably why you've been wait listed. I would still keep positive. People can be denied due to many things so stay positive. I had spoke to the girl today and she said there were a lot of apartments available in my range.
Building should be opening soon. Drove by yesterday since I live 5 blocks away and a lot of the scaffolding is down. And I noticed they didn't request a permit to work this weekend as they've been doing so I'm thinking the middle of April should be moved in.

Sounds amazing! Hopefully we all are neighbors so we can celebrate
Anyone get any updates. And also wanted to ask if anyone else is working with Ms Mclean on the process
I'm working with Ms. Yoguez and she's out for the entire week but she did say she submitted my file already but I would have to wait for people with lower logs than me to go first. But that she would let me know what the status was with approval.
