Renting a bedroom? There is no living space. Thats why I hate these types of studios. I might as well stay where I am...renting a bedroom (in my sublet)

Is this place already doing interviews? Only asking because I know of a young lady who says she got interviewed for a Bond St affordable lottery. She's now getting her credit/income checked?
She also lives with her parents in their nearly $1mm house but of course her parents are "separated". Lol
