I called Kathy today to inquire about why the studio list hasn't moved at all since 2018 despite her saying that they've already started on the last lottery list but she never answers anymore. It just rings.

i applied in 2017 for the studio apt. My log # is 3xx and i still haven't gotten a call. I was told the wait could take 8 years because they are still working on the other list. when do you think the 2017 list would start.

Yeah, I'm really not sure what's going on. She said in 2018 they finished the last list already and were starting on the 2017 studio list. Now she's not answering the phone.
