It says the next number is from the new list. 197 was the last number called in the old list back in 2015.

Any word on the One bedroom list at York Hill? I spoke with Kathy weeks ago and sh said they should start with new list thay they were in process of mailing letters out. This lottery was managed originally by Tudor Realty then went to Metro and now York Hill is managing there own Lottery. Back in 2017 I mailed Tudor a self addressed envelope to see where I was on waitlist and they mail you back a letter. I asked Kathy if I can check and said no she can't my concern is not to get los in the shuffle between these managing companies. Anyone know if they started to offer 1 bedroom yet? Thanks!

Spoke to Kathy today and she told me that they are working on the Studio list and that currently she has 4 openings and has applications that are being reviewed for those openings. She has a total of 12 Veterans whom get to go first, which I am totally in agreement with. Kathy was extremely polite and answered my questions. However, I'm guessing it may be a good 4 years before I hear anything even though my number is in the 70s. Any hope is better than no hope.

There was a woman on this forum, Waitingforchelsea2 who had insider information about York Hill. She knew the studio list was goingnto be opened before it was opened, when, how many spots etc. She said they were going to try and cycle through the new studio list in 8 years. Hope it’s true and wish she would come back to this forum!

Seems like the external waitlist for York Hill has not moved in quite some time.

Spoke to Cathy.

They are done with the old studio list and 90% through all the veterans who get priority.

Once they finish the veterans they will update housing connect. The studio list is at least moving, thankfully.
