I have only one my personal I got letter from a TRS stating : "Be advised that your name was selected for the studio lottery Log # 1XX" Does it is mean I won or I selected only to participate in lottery ? That means that you are on the wait list now for a studio. This was a lottery to be put on the wait list. This means that if you qualify, you WILL end up with an apartment... it just might be a wait.
How high up (in terms of numbers) does the current list go before they start pulling from the new waiting list? I have a log of 5XX, but I don't know if this means that there's only a few dozen ahead of me (based on last number selected), or 500+ ahead of me.

Is the letter asking you to mail in a check? If so, make sure to do that, or else you will lose your place on the list.

That's what I wonder, too! Are they starting over or are they starting from 518? I think that's what they're up to now. If so, that bodes well for me because I am in the 7xx range, rather than having to turn over the list from 1.
