I'm also confused by this, because it says the last approved number was 536 as of 11/6/2017, but my number is well below that and nobody has contacted me other than acknowledging that they received my application and fees.
That's because 536 is from the old list. My log number is 3XX for the new list. I sent in my money orders and got the confirmation letter back from TRS. If I had to take a wild guess, I'd say they're probably going to continue calling from the old list til the end of the year and start calling from the new list in 2018... just a guesstimate though!
Nice Place to live. Good luck to those who made it to the waiting list.
(From my reading of the PDF offering, it looks like only 1 Bedroom apartments are being opened up, not studios.)

All the better.
How high do the numbers from the old list go before they start picking from the waiting list? I'm in the upper 500 range. Does that mean I am close to being contacted, or very far away?
That's what I want to know too. How high is the list before they start over?
Yorkhill Studio List:
Heard from a friend that lives there and that the old list is nearly done.
That means they should probably start calling people off the recent list soon.
I have the floor plans for both studio layouts, anyone interested please send me your direct email
& I will get them out to you!

Reason: Adding a note
I contacted the lady who manages York Hill, and she told me that there is maybe 1 or two more people on the old list. So what you're saying makes sense.
What I wonder is how many names there are between applicants. So, do they call number 1 and then number 2, or do they call number 1 and then number 50? We'll never know.
So then someone with a number in the 700s would be waiting 70 years? That... doesn't sound right.
Between number 1 and number 50, for example, there must be people who no longer fit the requirements or can't pony up the cash, so I'm sure even if called numerically it won't go 1 by 1.
So then someone with a number in the 700s would be waiting 70 years? That... doesn't sound right.
.
But that's the way it is. I was in the 160's and I waited 17 years. I am sure that less desirable ML co-ops like Franklin Plaza and 1099 Houses move faster.
But for the more desirable places, the only real attrition is by the grim reaper.
