I was credit checked (I saw it on my credit report) and contacted yesterday. I need to go to the office and sign final documentation as well as provide the money order for the file to be sent to HDC.
Nothing yet. from what i know they work in batches (I read it on the manual). But am not sure if after the first batch has been processed (meaning either they approve and sign a lease) then they can move along to the second batch and so on so on. From what I read they have to wait. But I also have CB preference. So am not sure if that applies. And the building has 50% preference for CB. Unless most of the application were CB preference. The waiting is making me anxious because I am not sure of anything yet ��.
Yea this whole process produces anxiety and stress! I am hoping they reach out to you soon. It is very difficult to have patience when it comes to these things.
HDC approved us for an apartment, and we were assigned a unit in the building. The building is not ready so there won't be any viewing or lease signing until January!
We are very excited to move! The document we signed was for a 2 bedroom as the one 3 bedroom that was available was already taken by a lower log #.
In regards to documents, I don't think so! They already told us our apartment number and we are just waiting for the building to be ready at this point.
