We haven’t. My husbands accountant is way for the holidays. After we receive a document from his accountant we will be able to submit everything. Don’t want to get to excited until after we approved !
I submitted all my documents on 12/17/18 I viewed the apartment already now I'm just waiting it was submitted to HDC for approval anyone know how long this process takes
Thats so crazy! I mean awesome for you how was the apartment? Did you take any photos? I was approved by HDC but haven't seen the apartment yet. HDC approved me within days!
I'm guessing with the holidays it has been a delay yes I took a video of the place it is a studio in the Bronx Norwood section. I'm praying they contact me sometime this week. Approved within days lucky you. Idk what the hold up is I've contacted the management office and he said he is waiting for HDC for the approval it's only me going for the studio so idk why it's taking so long.
