Looks great - too bad it's only for 60% AMI.
Either way, the lottery starts tomorrow for these gorgeous apartments with water views to Manhattan! Are you marked...get set... GO!

Hey there...

I applied for this and got a 3xx log number, no preference. It is one of two log numbers that appear to even have a chance compared to the rest.

I know I shouldn't be, but I'm banking on one of these. One MUST come through before the end of the year or I may be out the running based on income and up sh*t's creek when new numbers come out and/or my income increases.

Anyone get any communication from them yet?

Wink 10 Halletts Point Apartments

Hi, I saw a thread for these apartments. I applied and went on the eligibility appointment. I was missing a few documents and sent them as soon as I could. They give you 5 days to submit missing papers. I was wondering if anyone here applied and went to the eligibility appointment ? The suspense of waiting for any kind of response is killing me. When we went to the appointment we were told the building would be ready by February. But I'm not sure if thats when we would be able to move in or if we could sign a lease before that.

I had an interview for this development on 10/26/2018. I provided all of the documents and was told that the building is still under construction and hoping to open early next year. I was in the 2XXX log #'s with CB preference. Still waiting to hear back!

No but I will keep updating. Am so excited. I messaged the office on Monday and they said they are still processing my application.
