Did they say they would foward your file to the city or have you sign anything?

No she just said they will review all my documents. But that’s all. They didn’t ask me to sign anything.

Oh okay, I feel like they are moving slowly because the building isn't ready yet. I went the other day and its completely closed off by construction. When I drive by on my commute to work I see the men working on the windows still.

We have our documents ready and waiting and update them monthly; downloading bank statements, paystubs, etc.

I was told it should be ready in February but definitely in the first quarter. So, in my mind, the move-in date will be in March sometime - saves me some stress about when I will be called. If its ready in February instead, awesome!! I've got my rent and move in money statshed so... *shrugs shoulders.*
