I have and interview for this in January ! I was wondering if anybody moved in ! My log number is 13xxx. Blah ! But I'm gonna try it out ! I got all my documents waiting for this interview ! Beautiful apartment ! Washer and dryer in every unit ! Yes !!!!
Though we were assigned a unit, we haven't seen the apartment nor signed a lease yet. We were told our apartment number upon HDC approval but they said the building isn't ready yet and won't be until about February!

I was contacted via email last friday and I almost missed it as I had a LOT going on, plus the holidays.
I was sent a rejection letter as expected. This is one of my first apps on Housing Connect and I did not complete the income portion correctly as I'm self - employed.
Anyway, I have submitted my appeal. I recieved a response a few hours later, acknowledging my email and saying they will contact me once my appeal is reviewed.
And so I wait....
My log # is 3xx and I have no CB pref.
I am concerned the building is not completed yet and hope it truly is ready for move in by February. I also hope they are moving through the applications in the meantime.
If you dont mind me asking were you CB preferred list?
Well i dont know how this is gonna work, because i was living in cb prefrence, but i recently moved to the bronx like in July. I won the housing lottery for Exterior street. But i had been submitted the application back when it first opened, and they just sent me and email invitation like last week "/. ofc im gonna be honest with them when i go to the interview, so i guess i just have to wait an see what happens. But i will keep you guys posted.
