I tried to check my position on the waitlist yesterday and again this morning. It says "information incorrect". I hope it's because they are updating the list, but if someone else sees the same thing, can you let us know? Otherwise I don't know why my information is considered "incorrect".
Thanks for posting this information! I am on the studio list and I'm in the high 200s, but if you subtract the people who want a balcony and the people from 1978(!!) - 1998, I'm actually in the high 90s.

I emailed the applicant email address and got an update to my number! We're about 70!
According to the last time they updated the online list, we were about 180! From February! 110 spots in 7 months. That seems crazy that next year at this time, we could be proud members of Penn South. I'm not complaining! Good luck everyone.
Hi, I have just been notified to view an apartment and I found out the monthly carrying charges has increased significantly from this post a year ago. And because of this I do not meet the minimum requirement. However, I am receiving cash gift each month from my son and my daughter. Anyone know if Penn South consider cash gift as income? Thx.
