Anyone apply to Livonia apartments on Housing Connect?
I just got my log number and it's the lowest log number I've ever received, but I'm not fond of the neighborhood at all for a couple reasons. The rent is affordable given my current income and they have decent amenities like an exercise room and on site laundry, but it's like of all my top choices my lowest log number is for this complex.
How do you guys feel about the area, what do you know about it?
I drove past the apartments, the buildings are really nice, the area doesn't look to nice. I live in ENY but side closer to Queens. I always thought that area was considered Brownsville but to my surprise it's ENY.
I just had my interview and they said I was eligible.
I'm self employed so what happens now? After they send out verification letters, will they need more documents? Also, about how long does it usually take? They wouldn't make someone fill out all that paperwork just to put them on the waitlist--would they?
Should I give them a call in a week?
