Good luck and thanks! I’m trying to figure out when exactly is the credit check preformed? I’m always checking my credit karma for any hard inquiries but nothing. They took my money order the first day during my interview. Ugh...I wish I had answers. Lol. Also, I have no idea if my file is still with them or the city. Still waiting.
Hi, Also had the interview, BG received the money order during the interview and already submitted birth certificates and additional paperwork required, so we are in the middle of it.
Today, I got a job offer, (different employer but same 60 % AMI level )... if accepted how can impact the process?

Appreciate comments and support.
You should be totally fine since you are in the same AMI level. if they need any additional documents, the new job wont hurt you only if you would be in a different AMI.
Tax transcripts must be provided the day you are offered and you accept an apartment, not when you view them. They look at the transcripts from the previous year so if your income met the criteria the previous year but not the current, you should be ok. However if your income is higher than the 150% for the tax year they are looking at, you will be taken off the list and no longer eligible for an apartment.

i don't believe this is true, the part about being above 150% and taken off the list.
From the FAQ Maximum Income:
The maximum income for each apartment is calculated using a formula that is written into our contract with the City of New York. When calculating the income of a household for the purpose of determining eligibility and surcharge, certain deductions may apply. These deductions will be made by the housing company at the point when applicants are called to view available apartments.
Applicants whose income is up to 50% above the maximum allowable income are eligible for an apartment but will be subject to a surcharge on the monthly carrying charge.
