Congratulations !! And thank you for this ! I just finished the entire process as well and signed a pre-lease - waiting for orientation to see the apartment. They assigned me a X unit also above the 50th floor and this description of the apartment was very helpful.
Amazing! On the 3rd I signed a pre-lease and sent a money order too, but they didn't tell me which unit I got. Did you ask them to assign you a unit? Do you think I should call them and ask?
My interviewer said "Congratulations" but I'm still waiting for approval from the city. Lol I'm so nervous...
Good News! A month after we viewed the apartment we didn't think we would get a call but the office called us and offered us the studio!!! We scheduled to bring our paperwork to the office this week and I will provide further updates once I found out more. So excited!!!
Really ? I was there on the 3rd too! I actually noticed at the top of my pre-lease it showed the unit number and I asked and she confirmed. The same thing happened w me , I'm waiting on final approval but she told me she did the calculations on my paystubs since the last interview and I still meet the income requirements. Don’t sweat it lol it’ll be approved. Also I wouldn’t call them to ask lol I would just ask when they call you for orientation.

Lol yeah doesnt seem like many applicants are on city data... I'm still waiting... but since they started processing the municipal people I'm guessing they must be wrapping up the CB Prefs .
I’ve always read the thread but this is the first time writing. I have CB preference log number in the 19xxx recently just got approved from the city and viewed my apartment yesterday they are still working on some apartments like mine but my specialist told me they have a deadline of moving all CB’s in by May 10th, and a lot of CB’s in my bracket were denied/disqualified (40%). They gave me a 1 bedroom a little smaller than I expected but it’s still great it’s a washer and dryer in the unit the bathroom and kitchen are beautiful. I’m just waiting for the building to call me for the lease signing Good luck to you all... PS I saw Carmelo Anthony walking out the building while going for my tour. (NBA players use the gym for training)
