Going back to nixmom's point above I'm not sure if income determines carrying charges. It's interesting if that's true, though!

Shady, in some Mitchell Lamas (all of them maybe, I don’t know), if your income is above the limit, you can still get in and you will pay a monthly surcharge. Maybe that’s what nixmom meant.

Maybe! But I don't think that would be reflected on the ad, because the amount would vary so wildly given how much of the applicant's own income would trigger a surcharge.
