That's not true. Someone here stated they were waitlisted for 416 Kent. I also interviewed with St Nicks for a different building and they definitely told me they were in the process of interviews for both building this was in July and I even saw the boxes filled with paperwork for 420 Kent in the interview room I was in.
Also I live very close by as well and I get off the train right where their shuttle bus waits and there are definitely people who won the lottery who take it and I know because I casually started conversation with someone from 416 Kent who was waiting for the shuttle bus.
Okay. So we’ll just have to wait and see... eventually someone will post about their experience on here. That’s what I was told. I guess she wasn’t aware or lied 🤷🏻*♀️🤷🏻*♀️🤷🏻*♀️
Shady, in some Mitchell Lamas (all of them maybe, I don’t know), if your income is above the limit, you can still get in and you will pay a monthly surcharge. Maybe that’s what nixmom meant.
Maybe! But I don't think that would be reflected on the ad, because the amount would vary so wildly given how much of the applicant's own income would trigger a surcharge.
Can anyone confirm if they are done with cb log numbers?
I have cb pref and they're working on mine now. Been praying I get this apt. My first place.
