No, they don't detail the surcharges. They detail the 150% income limit. The actual surcharges aren't detailed in the ad, just a range of carrying charges. Look again

my log number is under 10 and i have not received a call back yet for 420 kent ave.
I do not live in the community board however i am hoping with such a low log number they will still have available units.

They definitely will have units left just be patient and hope that you fall under the brackets for the units available. Your log number can't be processed until they have completed or nearly completed with the preference groups.

Hi everyone. I submitted all my forms last week and they verified they received them. What should I expect next? I am hoping for a 2 bedroom since I have a 7 year old and I'm currently expecting. My log number is 1xx and they're reviewing my paperwork and running a credit check.

In the past they never confirmed when I sent them updated information either. They usually just send the decision a few days after the submission deadline. I hope they get back to you soon!
