I wont have CB preference..etither So I am buying several sets of Halloween latex hands and crossing their fingers....for good luck....

What I want to know is who is living in that area making $22 to $40K... When rent is so high... hmmm...

I was not part of the first phase.... but from reading the posts, it is still going.... 2 years later... I am hopeful Phase 2 is shorter.....

The MAIN reason for CB preference is to keep MANHATTANITES, MANHATTANITES at MANHATTAN lotteries. Heard it thru the grapevine

Yeah, but the kind of people who live in Midtown Manhattan /Chelsea etc are too busy being rich to even know what affordable housing is

Not all of them are Rich, Might have someone living with a GOOD RS apt or family member in the CB
