I posted in another post I was contacted almost 3 weeks ago asking if I was still interested and then sent me a list of documents to submit a couple days later. They stated only studios were available in the first email they sent.I have CB preference and my log is 32,xxx. My documents were due today. I sent them a week ago.
I even contacted them yesterday to confirm they received my documents just to be sure and they confirmed within 2 hours. And it seems to have been a human replying rather than an unhelpful automated message, seems like a good sign.
Oh no! Were you shown the units in person? How about the use of amenities? I hope affordable units tenants are allowed to use the amenities equally as market-rate tenants.

Only some of the studios in that building (even at market) have those special design/furnishing features (which do cost extra), the affordable ones certainly don't.
but the area isn’t worth it. w125th & lexington is not a nice sight/environment
