Do you have CB preference? I’m trying to figure out if they already started contacting GP.
My log number is in the 4XX and I haven’t been contacted. I tried calling but they never answer their phones.
Does anyone have an update on whether they have already started processing the applications without preferences? Do they inform you if you have been disqualified and give you the opportunity to appeal?

i live in harlem and it’s gross. it’s off west 125th & lexington ave. a lot of hanging out, homeless, needle shooting up, etc. as amazing as that apartment building is, i’d pass over the area.
