A bit of update here, on 4/22 my file was updated with the full packet (uploaded to the dashboard). Still has community board preference on it. Supposedly, it should be forwarded to HPD at some point. This version now includes a copy of their envelope with the request to my employer. No credit check was run (as I selected), as of yet.
Looks like they're moving you forward! Congratulations! Did they assign a unit number? I hear there's a difference from when they do or don't - also, I wonder how long HPD will take to respond. Very happy for you!
Thank you! I'm more interested in going through the process than hopeful to receive a unit.
(I believe, it is so since the new portal) they upload a complete package of the documents tab of the lottery card. This includes documents I submitted previously and some paperwork from the marketing agency. On that paperwork there is a unit assigned. I had it assigned on 11/16/20 and 4/22/21, too (different units though). This pack is potentially ready to be sent to HPD.
HPD would reply very quick if only that package is ever sent to them. I doubt there's a way of knowing when it is sent (I don't know why the marketing agency gives whatever answers but the date, they either don't know, or don't want to assume, or it's their script to keep applicants confused). At least, my credit score (that could be an indicator, according to my preferences) was never pulled up to now.
Has anyone walked by the building lately? Is there still an empty lot across the street? Is the building next door still vacant? Or have they demolish that one? I wish they had a layout somewhere of the apartments in the building.
I think you have a really good chance. Since your log number is so low. Do you have community board preference?
