On 6/30 status changed to Review Completed (last was, full packet was uploaded on 4/22). Today 7/19 I received a message from move-in coordinator beginning with "Welcome to 31 Ainslie". Plaza Management seems to be the building manager. Wavecrest in the marketing agent. After I replied that I haven't seen the unit nor signed the lease, they copied in the building manager saying: "So and so cc'd here is scheduled to move into unit #XX at 31 Ainslie Street. Please coordinate a walkthrough of the unit with him." My log is #45x, CB pref

Thank you, thank you. I hope to be able to take pics, will report back on Friday.
There's no easy answer to QTpie274's question. My current market-price studio has two windows, is 433 sq ft and the building has rather sophisticated amenities and I might say a community feeling. Everything in life has a price, right?

If I'm promoted at work as I was recently told that might mean different AMIs for the future, more applications, more lotteries to win haha and eventually one bedroom with a balcony which is something that only makes sense to change for from any studio anyway.
