I just received this email today. Its been full since June according to many here. This entire system is a ****ing joke. Im done with it

So why was I asked to submit documentation when this was the case back in June?

I went to City -Data and read that you sent out the same exact information to over 50 people back then and 80% AMI was reached back then.

Not sure why now in end of August you guys would do the same thing?

I’m pretty much given up on this system. I truly think it is rigged and the reason your sending out late request is to cover yourselves.

Hello,

Currently, all units with the 80% AMI have been filled in which are lower log numbers ahead of you.
If you have received an ineligibility notice the reason is because you do not meet the requirements for the 130% AMI units.

For more information, regarding the income requirements. Please do go on your housing connect and view the income chart.

Meanwhile, please do keep applying for other properties as well.

Thank you.

Bets, Johanna

The marketing handbook advises the agency to call for doc submission in batches of 50 log numbers. Lower numbers can become ineligible, withdraw, but can also appeal, so there's movement. That's why it's never a precise indication even if someone submits docs.

Ohhh, wait. Im a bit confused because when I see the 31 Ainsley income chart I do not see 80% AMI, its only 60%. I didn't even know they had this bracket.

Well my log # is 6xx and they never reached out to me. If there is only one AMI, I should've heard something by now, Its been an entire year and nothing. Yes I check my emails everyday, spam and all.
