Linden terrace building 1 (paint, cheaper, single)

I think they are still working on the building because some of the apartments are not really done that the floors are humid, four of their dryers are not functioning, the door bell to ring people in does not work, and management I asked them about the resident portal and they never got back to me. That the apartment I’m in they need to fix one of the room doors because it doesn’t close the right way.

I was approved in may. Viewed the apartment beginning of may and I was told I would get an email in regards to move in and lease signing. Since june i’ve been emailing and calling with no response what so ever. The last call I made I requested to speak to whoever was in charge. They transferred me to a manager. I explained the situation and within 2 days finally an email was sent to me. Only one person is doing all the move in. Looks like i’m not moving in for a while.

that sucks that you hand in your money and not moved in i am in my studio and been there a month now and happy im now starting to see more people move in the building and use the laundry room my floor still got 3 people on my side for now

That’s crazy that they have not moved in more people that on my floor it’s just me and one other person then the other 9 apartments are empty are any of you on the higher or lower floors

Smh. The week I get pulled back into the office they call me to come in to sign my lease. Hopefully I have no other issues tomorrow. Thank you all for the support and communication, this is a great group for our sanity.
