The rent is based off of your income , so im guessing everyones would be different . I think she offered me the unit befor i submitted everything in just to be sure i wanted to proceed with the process because studio was the last option when they asked what household size i preferred . I guess she didnt wanna waste any of our time by having me drop all my documents off then they offer me something i dont want . I dont know how to see if i have cb preference. So idk if that had anything to do with it

I never been denied but I know you have to submit an appeal a couple days after being denied and provide proof so that they can make a second decision did they tell you why you were denied
Who ever leaves here and has packages downstairs get them that a few of them were stolen today and the empty boxes were left outside
