to those living in the building does any one know if theres a young guy who works there that he claimed he works there that i thought all the workers had keys because he keeps telling everyone coming in to leave the door open but he doesnt and it was just a weird encounter where my hair is a mess and he was like i like your hair i ran to my boy friend that i gave a fake name

Thats the only thing keeping me hopeful lol . But the anxiety is killing me . & them only having two workers is absolutely insane .

i am living in a studio on 3rd floor they dont have more than 2 people on my side of the floor so far, im seeing people move in every day maybe they are doing a good amount per week to move in like every week i definetely see people moving in here on higher floors

So I have a question that my friend is in the waiting processs that she’s in the general application she wanted to know if her application doesn’t move faster than another applicant can they give the apartment to who Evers file approves faster that she was waiting for an apartment near gateway mall and she got waitlisted because another applicant bumped her.

They need to move faster lol . But i got offered a studio and still have yet to see it . If you dont mind can yu upload some pictures of your studio . I would really appreciate it .

How long did it take them to offer you the studio after submitting all of your documents and your money order for the background check?

They offered me the studio and told me how much i would pay befor i was done handing in all of my documents. They asked me i wanted them to process me for that unit and i said yes . But they never told me which unit & never showed it to me either .

Wow, I wonder why they offered it to you before you even submitted all of your documents. Do you know why? Did you have community board preference? Also, when did they make you the offer? And if you don't mind telling, how much is the rent?

The rent is based off of your income , so im guessing everyones would be different . I think she offered me the unit befor i submitted everything in just to be sure i wanted to proceed with the process because studio was the last option when they asked what household size i preferred . I guess she didnt wanna waste any of our time by having me drop all my documents off then they offer me something i dont want . I dont know how to see if i have cb preference. So idk if that had anything to do with it
