Does anyone know if pets (small dogs) are accepted in this development. I noticed that the advertising on the nyc housing connect site never mentions anything about pets so I don't know if it is allowed or prohibited...
I just came back from a viewing in building A. I was shown 2 different 2 bedroom units. They both had different layouts. The one on the lower floor was smaller and the one on the higher floor was much more spacious. The person who gave me the viewing said only 20 families live in there so far.

Thank you, I sent documents in May, and didn’t hear anything back until almost 4 months later (asking for more documents). A few days later they scheduled a viewing. The process seems like it’s moving pretty quick now.
