Yes log# 16,XXX and when they sent me the affirmation of interest email last month they had 3 bedrooms in all the AMI’s and all of the AMI’s for the 4 bedrooms except for the 40%.
Wow Lol That’s Crazy Cause That’s Around The Same Time I Got My Email. I Wonder Why They’d Email Me That Then. Hopefully By The Time They Reach Our Log’s There Will Still Be 3 Bedrooms Left. I’ve Walked Past The Building & Ppl Have Been Moving In But Alot Of The Apartments Still Look Empty. Hopefully They Reach Out To Us Soon To Start The Process Before All The Good Apartments Are Gone.
the building and the apartments look very nice. Sucks the neighborhood is not. So many homeless people and drug addicts right around the corner. Hopefully they get that situation under control. I also applied for these. And although i do not live far from there. I do not have cb preference.
Are all 1 bedrooms gone? Thats what it showed when they sent me the affirmation email, I hope not. Also does anyone have pics or videos of what the 1 bedrooms look like?
Yes, they told me they had more in 60+ AMI bracket (but I wasn’t sure if it was true or not.) The only reason I saw 4 units is because they mixed up my AIM with someone else . They showed me 2 units for a lower AMi,then realized the mix up and showed me 2 more units for the higher AMI. I wanted to keep one of the first units that I saw, because I preferred that layout. I was told the more the AMI the better the unit, so they wouldn’t let me keep the lower AMI unit that they showed me.
Once my AMI changed they offered me a 2 or 3 bedroom. The two bedroom that I saw looked nothing like the first units that I posted. The layout was unique It was a long straight line. One end had the master bedroom/bathroom, then kitchen, living room, bathroom, a large linen closet, and another bedroom and the end. The other unit I saw was a three bedroom and it was exactly like the building A layout on lacentralbronx site.
