It’s really nice and quite. I usually don’t seee anyone when I go in and out. So far I love it. Everyone seem very nice at the management.

So if you have not moved in here yet just basically give up. They are deciding to give the rest of the apartments to the fire victims. And yes some of them need it but I know few people that’s lying just to get in here and I don’t think that’s fair to people that’s been waiting so soo long and got this far just to get denied. If they showed you a place but still didn’t call you to come sign your lease I will contact hdc and see.

The Y has been completed. Looks nice. They made 152nd between Bergen & Brook a pedestrian plaza. Not many have moved in truth be told. Looks like they’re cleaning the way for the big towers on Bergen & brook from 152nd to 155th now.

Hello,
Would anyone who was contacted previously mind sharing the phone number or email of a leasing coordinator or someone that works in management for building. Thank you.

Hello,

Here’s our experience: We are finally moving after a year long wait. As it turns out, Ebony Mosuro the leasing agent did not process applications for my family. Our file and probably others were shoved away. She has since gotten fired. My advice is to contact management and follow-up!!!. It’s anyone’s guess how many applicants missed out on signing leases due Ebony’s negligence. Karma is a biotch. Chances are your our messages sitting in her inbox unchecked.
