It was the latter. So I guess I’m just ineligible to appeal. This is so frustrating. I’m a performer and freelancer and so my income is never steady and constantly fluctuates. There’s absolutely no way I can appeal that decision? I’d love at least the chance to, this is so unfair.

Mine too...its been 2 weeks since its been pending so Im hoping they contact me soon. My log number is #2xxx
mine is under the " In process tab currently, under review, they reached out to me in April to submit documents, i been waiting ever since.
