Thanks janexstasy, good luck to you too!

I had my eligibility appointment for One Blue Slip a few weeks back, and I'm hoping that works out. Two Blue Slip looks even better though!

It sure does!

They'll be reaching out soon. They've been on point with their timeline.

I pass by there often. One Blue slip seems to have plenty of vacant apartments. I'm assuming studios and 1beds. Sadly, the two bedrooms lottery units that were left were smaller than other 2 bed lottery units within the building and had no river view - so I kindly declined. In my opinion, it just wasn't work $3k. Trying my luck again with Two Blue Slip.

hi everyone! first time poster & long time lurker of this thread. i have my eligibility appointment with 1 blue slip tomorrow. my bf and i are hoping to get a 2 BR although we’ve accepted that we’ll likely end up with a 1 BR. out of curiosity do you know which 2 BR floor plan is left? i toured a few of them before submitting paper work and while they’re a bit small it’s doable for us. i’ve also applied to two blue slip should this one not work out!

Hi!

Affordable leasing agent at OBS reached out today to inform me that they now have a couple more units available with the apartment layout i was interested in. Looks like i'm back in the game lol. I've been assigned a unit and my file is now being prepared to be sent to HPD. Woohoo!

While I can't provide answer for you, if I may suggest, for the safe side, just sign a year lease so you will have more freedom to decide
