Depends on the income u reported during ur interview. So your rent is 30% of ur gross monthly income . So whatever it is I’d just save at least twice that amount cause they want they money they give u a few days but still

Well I'm DV and didnt have income at the time just CA and I was told rent is different for Dv. Idk what to expect and my housing specialist is basically nonexistent.
Update. I got selected FINALLY. 9 MONTHS OF WAITING! But I am grateful. I do have to wait as the apartment isnt ready yet. Yay
