Good luck everyone!!

For the record I was ~1,000 on the 2018 list and it took 2.5 years until documents were requested. Moving much more quickly on 2021 list. BTW, my 2021 log number was ~17,000. I was very lucky!
It's great to hear a success story and get some useful facts about the timeline too! Winning a lottery apartment seems to be a combination of patience, persistence, and luck.

Could someone please post a floor paln or virtual tour of a lottery apartment that is theirs of similar to theirs? We're in for a 2BR. Our log number is 3,3xx. Seems like it could be possible. Thanks

Sure. https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=c8pLEuJPGrF
I pick up the keys to our new apartment tomorrow. I'll let you know how accurate the depiction is.
From what I heard, it's pretty close.

Wow, that looks great! Congrats to you both! I actually think that Blackstone did a great job renovating with a total budget of $15,000. (That is the maximum amount landlords are allowed to spend on renovations and add a percentage to the rent. I don't actually know what Blackstone spent. I guess it could be more!)

I just find it odd that one of the bedrooms doesn't have a closet. Is it in the hallway?
