Do they contact applicants in order of their numbers? In 2017, I had number 45xx, and it took 5 weeks for them to send an email that they were ready to process my application.

In 2018 I was 99x and early this year I was asked to confirm interest for a wait list that should have expired (I think) in Dec 2020. Then a month ago they sent an application and said they would do a credit check. Nothing since then. I'm so confused. I wish they would provide some info as to the status of that list. My number for 2021 is 17,xxx.

Hi - does anyone know how long does the processing take from their (Stuytown's) end after one has submitted the documents they ask for? Thanks!

1xx and still nothing. Seems like this is a slow burner, which I personally don't mind.

Bavi, you handed in documents? What is your approximate log number? Did Stuy town let you know how much the apartment will be for you, or did they give you a range?

Let me know if you have any questions about living in Stuy Town and I’ll give you my opinion!

Hi! Yes I submitted all my documents they had asked for. My log number is 3# and I had received an email from them ( asking for documents) first week of May. I haven’t received any additional info from them regarding units available or rent. That’s why was wondering how long they take to review documents and get back with a response.

I honestly don’t know. You’re the first person here to go through the process! If I were you, I would wait until after the weekend. and try to call and email. Good luck!

Hi stormgal - do you recall how long after submission of your verification documents did they get back with an offer?
