When I was contacted by email for the first round two years ago, they attached a brochure of how much the units would be. I don’t see why it would be different now.
Maybe they're getting through 25 apps/week? Just a guess since the poster who was in the 20s was contacted ~2 weeks ago
if we assume the 25 apps/week they won't get to my number (14xx) for another year or so. Hopefully my income wont change by then and I can still qualify!

stormgal do you remember how long after the application close, were you contacted? Inquiring minds, want to know!
Hey everyone. Good thing that there is this forum to get updates.. I’m in the 11xx
From what I read also many people change their mind or get disqualified for some reasons so probably that number might be less actually. From what I understand that rate of people that are called is 25 weekly. Honestly that is pretty slow. A lot of things can change during that time. Change work and change of income for example. Let’s see.
Will make sure to update if anything changes.
General question that refers to any lottery selection process, not just Stuytown's. Do all of the adult family members who will be residing in an apartment, need to be present during presentation? I ask b/c I have a full time student who attends college in Upstate NY and will be going away in the fall. He had no income in 2020 but, will be working during the summer, so there will be paystubs at some point.
This lottery is completely different, because of the cheap rents! It can't be compared to previous ST lotteries.
