Yes I agree I have CB but my Log to me is high 61XX. My hopes for this Disappointment I hope for the for other lottery’s. They really need a better System. Good Luck Everyone! I keep trying until it get a new apartment.

If your AMI has a lot of available apartments, I think you have a good chance of being contacted.
@QueensGem, how many apartments are available for your AMI? I have a similar log number for another building and got called back and am going through the process! You def stand a chance so stay positive!
@Queensmom02 Thanks you for encouragement but only 3 apartments. Praying for Rise for low number to stay in the neighborhood if not 2 more lottery one in Jamaica and Corona! Also anyone looking purchase a Cooperative there take applications for Aguliar in flushing. The deadline is 2/17 for two bedrooms the maintenance is 750.00-800.00 Thank you

@choco89; my log number is 61XX and for my 100% AMI (the highest for this project) only 3 apartments! I still can't say I got the apartment, just praying I am one of the lucky/blessed 3. But my point is I made it this far so it's possible My application review status just changed to "review complete" so staying positive.
