Has anyone else been reached for this lottery? If you have, did compliance for the building email and call you? I just received a call from two of their compliance officers and was asked a series of questions regarding my income - I’ve never heard of compliance or management doing that before. Seems like these people are very hands on when dealing with applicants, which is great.

Wow, it only closed 6 weeks ago! What was your log number?
Me, too! Idiot me missed the deadline on this by one day so I am patiently awaiting the North Tower lottery to open. Does anyone have any intel on when that is likely to be?

Don't worry, I did apply in time for the South Tower but my log was 51,XXX, so you didn't miss much! I saw SOOOO many super high log numbers, some even over 100,000, if you read back in this thread...
I don't think they've said when the North Tower lottery opens, outside of "soon." But you can sign up on the website to receive an alert when it opens: https://gothampointlottery.com/
* Also, just as a general observation, I pass by Gotham Point every day to and from work on the ferry and they really do seem to be making quick progress on the North Tower. I counted the amount of undone/wide open floors at the top of the main body of the building about a month ago and there were 9, and as of last night, there were 6, I believe. I also pass by after 5:00 every night and the elevators are always still moving up and down, so they're working diligently, it seems!
It sounds like they want people moved in as fast as possible!
I think they do. I got the email first from Housing Connect to upload my documents, then later the same day, Melissa from compliance emailed me to let me know that my application was up for processing. I never responded back to that email because I got busy and the next day, she and a gentleman called me to verify if I wanted to proceed with my application and asked me the financial questions I mentioned before. They’re not playing around.
